This course is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. The practices offered are designed to support nervous system awareness and embodied self-regulation, but they are not therapy. If you are experiencing severe trauma symptoms, dissociation, or mental health crisis, please seek support from a licensed healthcare provider in your area. By participating in this course, you acknowledge responsibility for your own wellbeing and pace yourself accordingly. Heal Religious Trauma is currently a program of Riverways Somatic Studio and is not yet (but hopefully soon!) a nonprofit organization.
