Service Description

This session is primarily a hands-on craniosacral session, supported by somatic dialogue before, during, and after the table work. We begin with brief conversation to understand what is present and to help orient the body to the issue or intention for the session. During the craniosacral work, somatic processing continues through hands-on support and gentle verbal reflection as needed, allowing sensations, impulses, and stress responses to unfold and complete at the body’s own pace. We close with time for dialogue to support integration and settling before returning to daily life. The primary focus of this session remains craniosacral work and nervous system support. Somatic dialogue is used to support awareness and integration rather than extended or in-depth somatic exploration. This session may be a good fit if you: – would like to receive hands-on craniosacral work supported by integrated dialogue – are interested in helping the body work through and complete unresolved stress responses – are seeking meaningful somatic and nervous system support 🌀 Somatic elements in this session are supportive, not a full somatic session. Note: Riverways Craniosacral and Somatic sessions by Kristen Dawn are not massage therapy, physical therapy, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or provide medical or mental-health care. Craniosacral and healing-touch practices are complementary, wellness-oriented approaches intended to support relaxation and nervous-system awareness. Clients are encouraged to continue working with licensed health-care providers for any medical or psychological concerns.
